Event Information

We are now accepting appointments for former NFL players seeking treatment for sleep apnea at our one-day event during the American Sleep & Breathing Academy Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona. Treatment that will be offered is Oral Appliance Therapy. During the appointment, eligible player patients can expect the designated Health Partners to fit you for a custom oral appliance device that is designed to treat your Sleep Apnea.

• If you have previously received treatment through the PAF Sleep Apnea Program, you are not eligible for additional treatment covered by the PAF. You may, however, choose to pursue treatment at your own expense.


• Bi/CPAP Therapy is not offered at this event.


• This offering is available exclusively to NFLPA Former Players.
