For 21 years, the PAF and Living Heart Foundation have provided free comprehensive health screenings to our former players and their spouses. We'll be back on the road to provide top of the line evaluations and care in SoCal!

RSVP REQUIRED. Travel expenses will not be covered nor reimbursed for any attendees.

Living Heart Foundation

A (501)c(3) non-profit organization, founded by former player, Dr. Archie Roberts, in 2001 is a multi-institutional, Institutional Review Board approved organization dedicated to cardiovascular health screening, database creation, outcomes reporting and wellness program development for former NFL players.
