Sidney Rice won’t be back with the Seattle Seahawks after all.
Cut in March and then re-signed by the reigning Super Bowl champions, Rice announced through the team Wednesday that he’s retiring on the eve of training camp.
A person close to Rice, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the situation, said the 27-year-old is walking away because of concussions.
