A 60 second presentation that works

Aug. 14, 2013 NRG Networks

You go to networking events. You have just one minute to make an impression. Here is a formula I learnt from Bernie De Souza that really works.

 The format is:

Introduce yourself  (just who you are)

Fact 1  (a generally accepted fact relating to what you do)

Fact 2  (another generally accepted fact relating to what you do – you are now getting audience buy in)

Statement of what you do and benefit.  (focus on the benefit)

2 options:

Option 1   (your call to action)

Option 2   (continue doing nothing)

Close  (include a tagline)
